General Terms and Conditions

These terms apply between Målsånna Camping and the person who, personally or through another person, books/pays for a camping pitch or cabin at Målsånna Camping. The person making the reservation/payment is referred to as the "Customer". The provider, org. no. 550424-2438, is referred to as "Målsånna Camping". The booking/payment applies to the rental of a camping pitch or cabin at Målsånna Camping.

Customers/guests at Målsånna Camping are obliged to follow Målsånna Camping’s "Rules of Conduct". The full rules can be found on the website. Customers/guests who do not follow these rules may be asked to leave the area by Målsånna Camping staff.

1. General / Order

• To rent from us, you must generally be at least 18 years old.
• You can find an overview of the rental cabins at malsanna.se.
• All bookings are made via bokning.malsanna.se, and you will receive an order number after completing the booking. The agreed prices are binding for both parties, and the seller reserves the right to correct any printing errors.
• Payment when booking a cabin
  • Payment is divided into a booking fee and a final payment. Before paying the booking fee/final payment, check that all details are correct. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information.
  • The booking fee is 500 SEK per cabin and must be received by Målsånna at the time of booking. Final payment must be received no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made later than 30 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately.
• Check-out for cabins is no later than 11:00.
• Check-out for motorhomes/tents/campervans is no later than 12:00.
• Check-in is between 15:00 and 19:00.
• All motorhomes and caravans must park in designated, numbered spaces. All vehicles must reverse into the space.
• All prices are in SEK and include VAT.

2. Rules of Conduct

• Smoking is not permitted in the cabins.
• Pets are not allowed in the cabins Storstugan and Rättviken. Pets are allowed in the other cabins and in the rest of the camping area. Pets must always be kept on a leash.
• Consideration must be shown to other guests, and quiet hours apply after 23:00. This applies to both cabins and the camping area.
• The right to use a camping pitch or cabin cannot be transferred to others.
• Bed linen, towels, and cleaning (including final cleaning) are not included in the booking price.
• Cleaning of the rented cabin is not included in the accommodation price. You must clean the cabin according to the provided instructions. Cleaning supplies are available in the cabin. If the cabin is left uncleaned, you will be charged a cleaning fee afterwards.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can only be made via the link in the booking confirmation.

For motorhomes, caravans, and tents:

• 100% refund for cancellations made 10 days before arrival.
• 0% refund for cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival.

For cabin rentals:

• 100% refund for cancellations made 30 days before arrival.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 29 to 14 days before arrival.
• 0% refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.

4. Compensation

• If any damage or defects are discovered upon arrival at the cabin, they must be reported immediately to Målsånna Camping at 0706588881.
• If a guest does not report any damage, defects, or insufficient cleaning, they may be held responsible.
• Damage occurring during the stay must be reported to Målsånna Camping. The guest may not carry out any repairs without prior approval.
